Edgemoor Community Center (ECC) is a
not-for-profit,
community-based, multi-service agency located just north of the City of Wilmington. ECC was incorporated in September 1978 as an organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors serving the area between the southern boundary of Claymont and the northern boundary of the City of Wilmington. Our Services
Edgemoor Community Center provides
affordable and
accessible services that help
improve the quality of life of community members of all ages. We offer a broad range of
educational, recreational, self-enrichment, and family support services to over
five thousand community members each year including
pre-school childcare,
computer tutorial, school-age
before/after school care,
recreational services,
summer camp programs,
youth work programs, and
